Where does Mojo Pet Supply ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping in the contiguous states.
How does the free shipping option work?
– In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.
– Packages almost always arrive within 2-5 business days from ship date but delays may occurcan happen.
– Delivery dates published on shipping carrier websites are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Do you ship to PO boxes?

How can I check the status of my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

What’s your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. If your order is outside of these 30 days but you have an issue and are within our 60 day warranty period, feel free to reach out to us at orders@mojopetsupply.com.

Mojo Pet Products are built to last. All of our items are protected by a 60- day warranty. If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should or fail to meet your expectations in any way, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.
